The online system ensures consistent quality performance coaching, and members get an honest view of their strengths and development needs in a supportive, empowering and challenging way.
How the program works:
The online assessment and coaching system includes a strong reporting structure, making it easy to monitor each individual’s coaching, action plan, consistency, and progression, as well as the leader’s direct reports’ patterns. The program determines what behaviors are necessary in Attitude, Competence, and Effort to perform at the highest level, for each job/role participating.
- Team members and their leaders each complete a monthly online review around the team member’s attitude, competence, and effort by ranking each behavior on a scale of 1-10.
- The results and any discrepancies between the team member’s self-ratings and their leader’s evaluation then provide a consistent metric for guiding monthly coaching sessions.
- The leaders are coached to understand how to build a specific action plan to bridge the gap, which is reviewed and discussed at the next evaluation.
